These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the MFL Core mobile app and this website (together, the “Service”), which are operated by [Your Full Legal Name] (“we,” “us”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing, or using MFL Core, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

MFL Core is an independent, unofficial companion app for MyFantasyLeague.com (“MFL”), built using MFL's public developer API. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by MyFantasyLeague.com. The app lets you view and manage your existing MFL leagues, including scores, rosters, waivers, and trades, from your mobile device.

You must have your own valid MyFantasyLeague.com account and league to use MFL Core. The Service may also integrate with The Trade Mediator, a separate third-party paid service with its own terms, which are independent of these Terms. Connecting The Trade Mediator is optional.

MFL Core is intended for users in the United States.

3. Account responsibilities

  • You are responsible for keeping your MFL credentials, and any other account credentials you use with the Service, secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity carried out through the app using your account, including lineup changes, adds, drops, waiver claims, and trade actions.
  • You must comply with MFL's own terms of service when using your MFL account through MFL Core.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of any law or of MFL's terms.
  • Access accounts or leagues that you are not authorized to access.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service, MFL, or any connected third-party service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where the law permits.
  • Use automated means to scrape, abuse, or misuse the Service or its backend.

5. Intellectual property

The MFL Core app, name, logo, and original content are owned by [Your Full Legal Name] and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. “MyFantasyLeague” and related marks belong to their respective owners, and league and player data displayed in the app belongs to MFL and its data providers.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MFL Core depends on MyFantasyLeague.com and other third parties, and we do not control or guarantee:

  • MFL's availability, uptime, or performance.
  • The accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of scores, stats, player news, or other data shown in the app.
  • The outcome of any league-management decision you make using the app, including lineups, waivers, and trades, or any suggestion from a connected service such as The Trade Mediator.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or league standing, arising from your use of the Service.

7. App store terms

If you download MFL Core from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these Terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support, and the terms of the applicable app store also apply to your use of the app.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will survive.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
